Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.  Registrations cancelled in advance of 30 calendar days from the first scheduled day of the conference are subject to a $100 service charge.  No refunds will be made within 30 days of the first scheduled day of the conference.  'No-shows' (no notification of cancellation) are not entitled to a refund.
