2010 Exhibitor Details

Welcome Exhibitors!  

We are delighted to welcome you to the 3rd International CANDU In-Service Inspection and NDT in Canada 2010 Conference!  We trust you'll find this to be an excellent opportunity to meet new people and market your products and services. 

Below is some information to help with your preparations for this event.

The 3rd International CANDU In-Service-Inspection and NDT in Canada 2010 Conference will be held at the Hilton Suites Toronto/Markham Conference Centre & Spa in Markham, Ontario, Canada.  The conference runs from June 14th to the 17th.

Exhibitors are expected to set up on Monday June 14th, between Noon and 4:00pm.  Exhibits are to be dismantled by Wednesday, June 16, at 5:00pm.

Twenty-five exhibitor booths are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.  One table with backdrop and dividers is provided.  The Exhibitor area is in an open concept area near the refreshments and dining area.

Exhibitors enjoy the same program as the attendees

(Includes 2 people per booth, additional exhibitor representatives must register for the conference)

Exhibitor Fee

Exhibitor Fee of $2,500 includes:

  • COG/CINDE Conference Dinner Wednesday Evening
  • Keynote Breakfast
  • Continental breakfast and lunches for all 3 days plus refreshments
  • Access to 3rd International CANDU In-Service-Inspection and NDT in Canada 2010, including presentations and workshops
  • Intimate contact with attendees during dedicated time periods.
  • Free on-site parking
  • Internet access
  • Conference proceedings
  • Other time is carefully scheduled to allow exhibitors to participate in conference activities along with attendees, or take time out to attend to business!

Shipping Materials

Due to limited storage facilities with Hilton Suites Toronto/Markham Conference Centre & Spa, the hotel is unable to store display materials or show merchandise.  Should you require delivery of crates, boxes or display material, it must first be cooridinated with Astrid Schyvenaars (conference services).  Deliveries will not be accepted more than 48 hours prior to the start of the conference.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.  Registrations cancelled in advance of 30 calendar days from the first scheduled day of the conference are subject to a $100 service charge.  No refunds will be made within 30 days of the first scheduled day of the conference.  'No-Shows' (no notification for cancellation) are not entitled to a refund.
